School of Confidence ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the personal data of our students, parents, guardians, and website visitors in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

This Data Protection Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal data that you provide to us when you visit our website or register for our programmes.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as NRIC numbers, financial information, or medical records.

• Correction — request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent to the collection or use of your personal data at any time. Note that withdrawal may affect our ability to provide our services to you.
• Deletion — request deletion of personal data where it is no longer needed for the purposes it was collected.

7. Security
