1. Introduction
School of Confidence ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the personal data of our students, parents, guardians, and website visitors in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as NRIC numbers, financial information, or medical records.
3. Purpose of Collection
We collect and use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiries and provide information about our programmes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your data with:
- Service providers — third-party tools (e.g. email delivery, analytics) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations.
- Legal authorities — where required to comply with applicable law, court orders, or government regulations.
5. Retention of Data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Enquiry data that does not lead to an enrolment is typically deleted within 12 months. Enrolment records are retained for up to 3 years after the last class attended.
