School of Confidence was founded with a single belief — that every child, regardless of background or ability, deserves the tools to express themselves with clarity and confidence. Born out of a passion for youth development and effective communication, we set out to create a learning environment where children don't just learn to speak, but learn to connect.
Our signature PREP platform weaves together Peer Discussion, Roleplay, Establishing Techniques, and Presentation to deliver a holistic, student-centred experience. With Social Emotional Learning at the core of everything we do, our students graduate as confident communicators who are ready to thrive in school, interviews, and beyond.
Small Class Sizes
We strongly believe that meaningful learning happens when every child has a voice. That's why we cap every class at just 6 students per teacher — far smaller than the industry average.
With a low student-to-teacher ratio, our trainers can observe each child's unique strengths and challenges, provide targeted feedback, and ensure no one ever gets left behind or overlooked.
Small classes also create a safe, tight-knit community where children feel comfortable taking risks, making mistakes, and growing together — which is the heart of what we do.
Our PREP Methodology
Our proprietary PREP framework is the backbone of every lesson. It's designed to build confidence progressively, ensuring students develop real-world communication skills through structured, engaging activities.
Peer to Peer Discussion
Students learn through meaningful conversations with their peers, building confidence in sharing ideas and listening actively.
Roleplay
Immersive roleplay scenarios help students practice real-world communication situations in a safe, supportive environment.
Establishing of Techniques
Core public speaking techniques are taught and reinforced through structured practice — from vocal projection to body language.
Presentation
Every student regularly presents to the class, building their comfort with public speaking and receiving constructive feedback.

At School of Confidence, public speaking is just the beginning. We integrate Social Emotional Learning (SEL) into every session because we know that communication is more than just words — it's about empathy, self-awareness, and the ability to connect with others.
SEL teaches children to recognise and manage their own emotions, develop empathy for others, establish positive relationships, make responsible decisions, and handle challenging situations constructively.
